TC2ParticipantYeah Tourist got in touch with me, I'm preparing to send him the files as we speak.
TC2ParticipantWell first you'd need photoshop or whatever advanced paint program is out there.
Then you need to have some sort of artistic talent in making sure the milk flows correctly without looking fake. So basically if you can find any images of spilt milk on a woman's breast that would be a good reference to use.
Then it's all about the brush you use, the color, and changing it around so that it doesn't look fake.
When you first put the white brush on the breast it's just going to look like a white line. But by erasing and making the line smaller or even making a seperate layer to put a filter over you can start making it a bit more realistic.
What I would do first, the easiest way is to make a new rectangle layer, adjust the hue/saturation, levels, and colors so that it looks like the color of milk on top of a breast.
Then I'd erase portions of the layer so that it wouldn't look like a rectangle and pretty much slowly start erasing areas so that it looks more like milk flowing. Then I'd mess with the opacity and see if there's anything I can do with the blending options to make it look more realistic.
But this is really all from an artistic point of view, it's really more complicated than that but that's a good place to start from.
More advanced artists would probably get a brush and just paint it on while using different tools like multiply, linear burn, etc. to make it look just right.
TC2ParticipantWell thing is, it ain't that easy to make a realistic lactation without putting a ton of a lot of hours into it. I'd try it for the sake of trying to achieve realism but I don't have the time to dedicate into making a quality morph.
TC2ParticipantGreat muscles, face and hair not so great.
TC2ParticipantAll right…
Being that I am ex-avid COH fan I'm going to give tigersan the necessary clues to make skin mods for COH/V
I don't remember how to do the process completely, but I do know it requires a program that can turn DDS files into PSD files and then back into DDS.
So, acquire a DDS viewer and then turn it into a PSD file.
I think you also need an unpacker to unzip the files, just look for the file format it reads and then find the program which lets you unzip the files. (I'm trying to do this off memory.)
Whichever skin you choose to modify should be consistent with your natural costume selection, otherwise people are going to be wondering why your character is walking around with pink polka dots (others won't see your skin.)
Next, has something to do with Alpha channels, I never fully got the hang of it but if you try to copy and paste female body builder muscles it seems to make your skin either completely black or completely white. You'll have to figure that one out as I never got it to work properly.
Once the skin is completle, turn it back into a DDS and then it should go back into the directory you unpacked it from.
I.E.
If you extracted from
C:ProgramFilesCityOfHeroesDataPlayerTexSkinsMetallic
Then it should go into
C:ProgramFilesCityOfHeroesDataPlayerTexSkinsMetallic
I'm sorry I don't remember the steps… normally I'd still be a COH/V fan, but certain things have happened in the game that made me completely uninstall it. I won't be playing again.
If you would like to find a reference skin look for Manic's deviant art page and download the skin from his deviantart account. (I would upload it but I don't have the files anymore.)
Good luck, I hope you can figure it out Tigersan!
P.S.
(Modding is not condoned by COH or COV, so whatever changes you make you must keep amongst this forum and not share it on the official COH forum.)
TC2ParticipantFett made some pretty good points, I agree with pretty much all of them.
For me when I had made my animations, I made them because there was no genre for it, there were no long animations telling a story while including female muscle growth.
I had to teach myself how to draw, which has worked and failed in some ways. My proportions and basic anatomy understanding will always be screwed no matter how many times I try to study anatomy (believe me I've tried!) I always end up getting the same results either way.
Anyways, now that I think about it I think I did the animations strictly for the audience. Unfortunately, my work did not start out at "decent" it was from 6 year old drawings to Cartoonist drawings which is where I'm at now. I just do cartoons, no portraits or any anatomically correct pictures because I just never learned the techniques used to draw them that way.
Everytime something sucked in my animation, I'd change it and add something new to make it better and better everytime. Now I've finally reached the point where I can (if I ever finish) release my last animation and confidently say it will be more than what people had expected.
But that's me though, my goal has always been to entertain the public rather than myself. Sure it's cool to finally see your creation finished and animating away with all your blood sweat and tears, but I'm in it for everyone else's reaction. Probably explains why I'm going into the career I'm going into. Anyway I think I lost the point of my post by doing too many different things at once.
Oh yeah I remember…
You can't expect the fans to really say anything to you when you finish your works. Sure there will be the diehards that will speak up once in a while, but the majority of them will always be silent and watch your work from a distance unless you deliver something truly spectacular. So in essence you are doing art for yourself but at the same time you want to show people and have them appreciate it.
The only thing that can really be done about that is let the fans speak for themselves when they are ready.
TC2ParticipantHeh, that version of Super Girl looks like she went through her own Hulk out process, so it'll definitely be a good match!
TC2ParticipantPretty legit, it is one of the new games coming out for I think the next gen systems.

TC2ParticipantAtari boy, thanks for the screencaps, this is better than an actual video clip as I can see how they go about animating the muscle growth.
You need to open a .rar file with WinAce.
TC2ParticipantI'd plug my site but since it's impossible to keep it updated, I'll just stick with the forum signature.
