TC2ParticipantSo, normally exercise videos bore the crap out of me and I can’t manage to sit through them for more than 30 seconds without skipping. I’m also not a huge fan of Brigita but she’s growing on me.
That being said…
Holy crap, I actually sat through the whole video without skipping forward. Brigita’s body is looking absolutely incredible and I found myself mesmerized by her thick, muscular physique. She was just looking damn fine and I couldn’t pull away from the screen. Very nice indeed.

1.) Treat them like a normal human being, because that’s what they are.
Don’t act like you’re best friends who haven’t seen each other in a long time. You’re a stranger and by default you should assume that they think of you as a creeper. So when you show that you’re a genuine nice guy they will be happy to chat with you.
2.) If you feel they are avoiding you or not making eye contact on purpose, that’s your cue to leave. They are obviously not comfortable.
3.) There’s going to probably be some mean FBB’s around, don’t let the grouchy apples spoil your fun. For every jerk there is a nice FBB willing to chat.
4.) Don’t ask how much they bench or whatever most girls with the exception of a few really aren’t interested in their numbers.
5.) Flattery will get you everywhere, maybe just come in and say wow you looked great up there and follow up with whatever you’re going to ask like pics.
