TC2ParticipantExcellent job Tiger! I think I’m using the original chiseled one, the only thing that threw me off was that her hands also came off pretty veiny but in a masculine way. But either way, still using it and waiting for the construction set to come out for some REAL mods!
TC2ParticipantBuff as in muscular poison ivy or athletic? Either way I doubt they would add any muscle to a character known to be a sexy, slender vixen.
TC2ParticipantSo you’re WBL studios I presume? As someone who has thankfully not gotten involved with any of this, holy crap… you just wasted how much time from your life to write all of this out?
I looked at this objectively and a common recurring theme I was seeing was that you were looking for stuff to trash on. You criticized “moonwarrior’s” work which was drawn by a female by the way, and then went hunting for more work to criticize and the community jumped down your throat.
I’m not sure if you were aware, but each of those people you listed were interconnected to one another as good friends. It’s as if someone went up to your friend and said, man you are an incompetent idiot and waste of life. If you wouldn’t jump up to the defense of your friends well… these folks would, it’s the internet.
The fact that you felt the need to “win” is just sad, it’s the damn internet, there is no victory to be had here. If anything you getting this upset makes you seem that you were very hurt by the fact that the community ostracized you. My word of advice to you is simply this,
It’s not worth it and just move on. This is me speaking from someone who has read both sides of the story and doesn’t really care about the details involved. If you started off criticizing work, you were asking for trouble, at the same time though YES it is unfair for the community to have ganged up on you for voicing your opinion.
Without any evidence of how you worded your critiques there’s tactful ways to disclose things and then there’s obnoxious ways, I don’t know which one you did but clearly you offended some people. I know there are certain biases in the community and most of the members here will jump up to the defense of any female member of the community, even if they’re wrong.
Yeah, it’s bullsh** but you either leave it alone or risk getting yourself bullied by unfair double standards. Well, you criticized a female member of the community and it does not surprise me that they swooped on you like vultures to a dead carcass. Is it fair? No, is it what happens? Yes.
The bottom line of all this is, no one cares. You wrote a huge tirade on here and DA, but what is it going to accomplish? Is it going to ‘open the eyes’ of the community? Is it going to give you vindication and paint you as the ‘good guy’? Is it going to reveal other community members to be evil twats?
No, it’s just going to sit in a forum where it’s going to lay down and die because people couldn’t get along with one another. My solution? Everyone should just leave everyone else the f*** alone and move on.
TC2ParticipantThis has been happening with a lot of PC games, where pretty much the developers create it for the consoles first, then they port it over to the PC.
I’ve heard of the word consolized before in other games, but never did that statement ring more true with Skyrim. The way they laid out the menu, intro, and how there’s little icons that say “enter” or “tab” with a square around it just scream console port.
It seems that like always, the developers took the fastest way and cheapest way to get the game out by building it primarily for the consoles, and then tweaking it slightly to be compatible for PC. The game Call of Duty Black Ops had the same problem. Thankfully I upgraded my motherboard, CPU, GPU, and proecessor so I’m not running into memory leaks, but I am disappointed with how lazy they released this game.
I’m hoping that they were just running out of time and wanted to release it quickly, so maybe a few patches will fix the game up. I’ve never played an Elder Scrolls game that didn’t need some patches to fix bugs when it’s released.
TC2ParticipantAwesome, thanks for uploading this. I may have to mod this out a little further once the n-maps make sense.
TC2ParticipantAre you uploading these to the TES Skyrim Nexus? I expected there to not be muscular female characters as always, maybe I’ll photoshop a new skin on her.
TC2ParticipantSarah Hayes is one DAMN FINE woman!
TC2ParticipantPersonally, I wish people would stop getting so bent over politics. I would never NOT watch a movie just because an actor or director leans to a certain political view. That’s just taking things personally for no reason, unless that specific told YOU to your face, to “fuck off” then why get all bent about it?
This is what frustrates the hell out of me with politics, politics and religion should ALWAYS be separate and should never be able to affect your enjoyment of media. The only time you should be getting into heated political debates is if you’re running for office, not shooting the shit with your buddies.
If I were to express my belief that I think being extreme liberal or conservative is in my opinion the wrong direction for this country, should people suddenly stop looking at my artwork? This is why I NEVER post political things on my blog in DA. I’ll post things like that privately in facebook or if I had a website that was just for me to splurge random thoughts, it’d go there.
People have gotten so uptight and hypocritical over the stupidest things and really need to lighten the fuck up. For instance, I know a friend who says he won’t watch any movie that has naked breasts in it due to his religion, but he’ll gladly watch a violent gory movie where people are killing each other left and right.
Umm… last time I checked it was much more sinful to kill someone than it is to see someone naked.
Anyway, I’ve gone on long enough, personally I feel politics and religion should always be separate from media.
TC2ParticipantWhy are her eyes blocked out? Anyway, I think its Danielle Roullou (sp) can’t spell her last name sorry.
TC2ParticipantCongratulations Fly, and thank you for sharing these awesome scans!
