A most excellent illustration, dear David, and indeed a most excellent piece of accompanying prose to help, as you say, "flesh out the picture".
Although, the picture does beg the question, as soem here have asked, what does happen to Dyna when she removes her Mystical Belt and how long would it take for her to revert to her normal Deena state. And is even possible for her to remove it or have it removed?
And, if it can be removed from her person, can an other take it and use to with the same results?
It begs many questions but also many ideas that may bear out for future use.
Thank you for the work and for the ponderance, dear David.
May your pen always be fruitful.
Peace
The Pimp NeonBlackThe_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantYou have already been thanked and congradulated for this work in the other (comic) thread, but it shall be said again, because the work is so adorable.
Thank you, dear David, for such a fine work.
It is interesting to see how Satin has physically progressed as a character over the past 3 years. All of it wonderful.
Kudos, dear David. Kudos.

The Pimp NeonBlackThe_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantThank you for this most wonderful gift, dear David.
And thank you also for your lastest addition to your "Feats of Strength" gallery. Your self-portriat/parody with your lovely creation Satin.
‘Tis most wonderful in it’s humour and simplicity.
Kudos, dear David. Kudos.

The Pimp NeonBlackThe_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantI remembered a much overlooked piece of Greek Mythos. The myrmidons were ants that were turned into soldiers. How interesting would it be if they could shift between ant and human forms. of course de rigeur, the ant-soldiers would retain their mymicoid strength factor when they became humanoid
And who would you have control the Myrmidons, der Axel?
Would they be under the control of Ares, another god or a corrupt mortal?
It would make an interesting story to see many powers battle of over them and have Dyna step in to free the Myrmidon Warriors from their bondage.
There origins could either be mystic (entrapped somewhere, waiting for release) or modern (a creation of a genetic experiement by either Ares or some other 3rd party).
And, as genetics would have it, the Myrmidons would all be women because all ants besides the Queen’s drones are female. So, it would fall in line with the preferences of those who follow our dear David’s work.
There is a lot of play with this idea. Thank you for sharing it with us, dear Axel.

The Pimp NeonBlackThe_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantThank you all :D. I’ve just finished another picture, which can now be seen here http://www.deviantart.com/view/19548812/
An excellent illustration, dear Bass.
Exqusite detail on the abdominals and obliques but the wrists and forearms are a little lacking and could do with some improvement, but the abdominals and the obliques more than make-up for any other minor fault that mine eyes may preceive.
Thank you very much, dear Bass. And, yes, Cynthia is indeed a big girl.
I’s now only dread for her future children and the heights they may achieve thanks to their collective genetic heritage.Peace
The Pimp NeonBlackThe_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantSsssooooo, P_T_NB, Cynthia? Spill the beans man! Expound upon your beauteous friend of the bountifull……….. assets (yea that’s the word I was looking for, really!). Much like Dave my cognitive facilities shut down and my imagination reigned supreme at that moment.
If our dear Bass does not mind, I’s shall ‘expound’ more on my’s dear friend Cynthia.
I’s first meet her in what equates now to 10 years ago, in Canberra, Australia, through several mutural friends -Shadow included.
That fact is most mused upon because, as mentioned else where, she did have a massive crush (both literal and figurative) on him -despite the fact that at the time he was only 15 years of age.
To describe Cynthia’s physique is simple: statuesque. Her parents were both born of Scandinavian stock, giving her broad shoulers, a thin waist and child-bearing hips as well as her impressive 6’2" height and massive bust.
Her personality is boarderline dominant and she is a famous ‘ballbuster’ as she so liked to phrase it. I’s once witness her hold a man a foot in the air by nothing but his scrotum because of a ill-remark about her ample cleavage. Though, at least to I, she was one of the most pleasent people to deal with because there were no games or pretentions between us.
Currently, she is now living in North Eastern Germany with her husband who stands 6’4" and is expecting her first child soon.Does this information slake peoples’ curiousity?
For if so, your are most welcome. And again, apologies to Bass for highjacking her thread and distractign people from her wonderful art.
Peace
The Pimp NeonBlackThe_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantSimply put, no, I don’t live in Sydney, and unfortunately, nor have I ever visited.
Thank you for your reply, dear Bass, but Shadow still swears that he has possibly seen you at some point.
Though his memory is not as it should be as he has seen many, many people in his relatively short years, so it is hard to know what is real in his mind.
Again: thank you for your reply and for your illustration.
Peace
The Pimp NeonBlackThe_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantInteresting illustration, dear Bass.
You style is truly evolving in terms of style and depiction.
Kudos.
But as for the T-shirt, you could have gone for the classic: arrow pointing up with the text "My face is up here".
My’s old friend Cynthia used to wear that same shirt. The great hypocrisy of it being was the fact she was 6 foot 2 inches tall and had (natural) breasts that came close to rivalling basketballs in terms of sheer size, so the text was always too stretched to read and she was so tall that you could not help but to stare at her bust. And a question, dear Bass, you attend university in Sydney do you not?
My’s every present companion has been prompting I to ask this of you since he saw your picture posted as your avatar at the former Wreck Shop forum. Although he doth dwell in Canberra for most of the year, he still swears that he has either met you brief or has seen you during one of his last visitations to Sydney (or even that you once past through Canberra). So, for his silence and my’s sanity, is Sydney the place that you doth inhabit?
Please do not reply here if it makes you feel uncomfortable. A simple PM is all that is required. That is if you do wish to reply at all.And thank you again for the drawing.
Peace
The Pimp NeonBlackThe_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantTo The Pimp NeonBlack –
WOWZERS!! Those are enough ideas to keep the series going for years, if I can just overcome my deep-seated desire to keep Dyna a "solo" act. I also like the idea "if these powers can be bestowed, can they not also be stolen?"
This is some good stuff, Pimp (may I call you "Pimp"?)
You are indeed most welcome for the ideas, dear David. Think of them as merely a tiny way to repay one who has give so much to so many over the years.
And I’s can understand your desire to keep Dyna a "solo act", as you put it, but it does not help having other characters to fall back on in times of need (either Dyna’s need or your own as a writer/creator).
And you may call I ‘Pimp’ if you so desire. It is the prefered moniker. Although the true and the familiar is ‘Neon’. Address in which ever form and fashion you feel most comfortable with. It matters not to I.
But again, thank you. For all that you have given us.
Peace
The Pimp NeonBlackThe_Pimp_NeonBlackParticipantVery cute picture, dear Rex. Very sweet in nature.
It is consider that you have the talent (or at least the visual side) to make a comic. Have you considered devoting your time to the creating of a web-based comic-strip in the fashion of the Polymer City Chronicles or Wapsi Square? It is assured that if you do start one, you shall have ample viewers from here alone.
Shall you at last consider this idea?
Thank you again for the work.
Peace
