    Thanks for all of your kind words!  Wish I had another two "quickies" to show you, but yousendit is being a pain right now….  I could use alpha channels to make nothing but the muscles expand, but would that be overkill?

    Yea, I kind of thought about those old vids.  I wonder how they did it….which is what led me to attempt these  😀  Glad you like them!  More to come!

    Thanks!  I was wondering if anyone could see it after so many people viewed it….  Well, I made this directly after the first one.

    I used AE.  Found a section in the video that would look decent being looped.  Then I used the "Morph Grid" effect on certain areas of the time line, making them the specific shape needed or desired.  It's actually a deeper process than that, but that's about how I can describe it (I'm not good at explaining steps).

    Actually, I guess I deserve not getting many replies since I pretty much was just lurking for at least a month.  For all you artists, you all do very nice work; keep it up.
