    Surprisingly civil article for Daily Mail.

    I’ve heard this from women many times that they wan’t to work out to get thin and toned — not to get ugly muscles. They simply don’t have the knowledge how weight training affects the body. It’s actually quite sad. Lack of health education in my opinion.

    Those shots of Shannon have a special space in my memories since those were maybe the second shots I saw of a fbb. And ou boy, did she look great — and still does.

    I’ve been there. It annoys me that almost every thread is in the muscle central and they don’t move it to correct sub-forums. Off-topic is everywhere and moderation policy seems a bit odd in my opinion.

    But I do read it occasionally mostly because it does have that you mentioned. For hard core forum, I prefer t-nation. Mostly because I’m not much into bodybuilding. I prefer power sports.

    My guess is if it’s not back by now,
