ParticipantBefore 69 kilo category I thought the scrpt would be clear: Oxana Slivenko would take the gold and the rest would compete against eachothers. After snatch it looked like this. The Russian made three succesfull lifts with the confidence of former world record owner, but something changed in the clean and jerk; at first 136 kg lift faltering and fail at 140 kg. Lifts looked very wobbly and it looked at the moment that she might lose her grip to gold medal, but with the experience of multichampion she was able to pull it together and performed her best lift in high pressure.

Participantcheck out her lift numbers. She getting so strong it scary! She as strong as Alyssa Young now!
I hope she competes more in powerlifting or strongwomen in the future.

ParticipantI wonder if she's related to Irene Gutierrez.

ParticipantBig pictures need big stars to promote the film, and more the hype, more media attention and thus more sale.
Not my choise for that role – as probably all on this board agrees – but it's need to be someone who won't irrate the public. A bit shame but money doesn't smell.

ParticipantI think her physique is in a better balance nowadays. Before it was all about those mighty biceps.
Trash Boat
ParticipantYeah, why? Can't a buff lady date a skinny guy ???
Trash Boat
