    I've found another thing whey powder to be good for is adding a protein boost to pancakes.  (yes I know, for cheat days only :P)  Mix in a couple scoops of a vanilla based whey (so many to choose from) to keep up with your needs even when you aren't sticking with chicken breast and white rice.

    Thanks grosum.  Of course the judge for a person's weight needs to be completely overhauled anyway.  (Little known fact, did you know it was the Dept of Agriculture who came up with the "ideal" body comp stats of humans as well as the food pyramid in the sixties based on a livestock wellness plan????)  I mean I am 300 pounds (naturally, I don't think I want ruin my joints with 'roids) average out at about 10 percent body fat throughout the year and yet by medical minds I am considered to be "morbidly obese"

    To paraphrase a fave movie character of mine, "this system needs an enema!"

    Thanks for the reply Stmercy.
    Yeah I knew how they work, I guess I should've refined my question a bit more.  There's lots of things out there on how it works, I guess I was looking more for testimonials from other folks that might've tried it.  And for anything that might speak of any long term effects good or bad.  I'd hate to get used to this stuff only to find out it's the next Phen-phen as far as messing you up.
