I know we are way off topic here. Heheh. Didn’t find that clip you mentioned, but found a really polite guy analyze the sword fights in Star wars. There is a lot of fake techniques like twirling, strike above the head, block behind back (some Kung Fu movies does it but probably not real useful in a real fight) and dancing around.

I took Kendo when I was a kid. There is no way some swordsman would twirl the sword around and leave a huge opening. Because anyone with a quick slash can kill you the instant twirl your sword behind your back. I know it’s fiction, but some are just so ridiculous that I hated it.
