I do not expect an actress to be build up to physique level to play an action heroine. Even though men usually had to really bulk up to play an action role. Why can’t they put in some work to look close to where Jessica Biel was in Blade Trinity?

Depend on the movie I guess. Hollywood never cared who they cast. They can cast an anorexic actress in the lead role beating up everyone.
If you want proof look at women in MMA. Most are not very muscular but can beat up men twice their size. And they still don’t look like Taylor Swift.
