I think they are PC only. I play from my laptop, they are cheap.
Tigersan even coded lips! I had to pixelize it.
Side effect of this mod is that all human females use the same model (as far as I can tell). So if you kill a female raider and remove her clothe; she will have the same muscular body.
Older mod seem more ripped but rough, while new mod seem more smooth and natural. I think I have to give slight edge to new one. Although old mod is good too.
You can even alter the size and definition of each body part. I choose larger than normal natural saggy tits.
