Well, I like the art, even if it isn't mean enough.

As for why I don't prefer "mean" in art or why I don't make "mean" renders is pretty simple; I don't find it attractive personally or aestheticly in any manner.  I've seen enough "mean" people in my line of work that I lack respect for a person that lives their life without concern for others.  If I don't have any respect for it, I ignore it (sort of like my view on politicians).  :-
