1) Planetary does indeed rock
2) Jakita is one of my (very few) disappointments with this book. Although she does occasionally get a few panels to do some ass-kicking (as in the last issue), she is way under-used and under-developed.I don't so much mind her relative lack of action – after all, most comics today seem to be about ass-kicking mega-babes; it's not like I'm back in the '70s, drooling over a cover of Medusa hair-whipping Spidey – but a bit more character development would have been nice.
yatzParticipantWow. Never heard of the guy – he does some really awesome work. Thanks, fett!
yatzParticipantOn http://filesharingtalk.com/ they have some excellent guides – check out http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/t89795.html to get info (very short and to the point) about just about anything to do with watching media files . My own player of choice is Media Player Classic, which can handle just about anything.

I'm using an A5 tablet, which is a bit smaller, but more than sufficent. It's a big investment – and you also need to have lots of RAM; I have 1GB, and I still have lots of hang time on some of the functions (smudge and such) with large images. Getting used to it takes time and determination – I had it for almost 2 years, and only started using it after taking a course with one of Israel's greatest catoonist, who does wonders with it. I still can't really draw with it – mostly paintwork.yatzParticipantPete:
Tell me, do you paint with one of them there Wacom Tablet things , ya know, a computer pen thing or just a mouse?Wacom, fer sure. I used to paint using my mouse, which is a Logitech TrackMan and much easier to paint with than a regular mouse, but there's no comparison with a Wacom. Mind you, it's one of the older models – I took a master class, a couple of months back, and we used the new models, and they freaking rule!!

Of course, the publisher was wary enough to qualify it, with that "woman or warrior" blurb at the bottom… No way you can be both, right? Great find, Dave.
