I would say taller and stronger.  I have dated taller.  I have dated stronger. I have dated more buff.  The more buff can be deceiving since she was short and buff she could be in better shape relativly to you but not all that big.

I was 6' 195 in fairly shape and could bench 220.  She was 6'1 175 and training to go to the olympic trials for rowing, so she was very strong, 6pack and in perfect shape.  After a few dates during a discussion she asked  me that most guys she has dated are intimidated by her, why wasn't I?  I couldn't really answer for the other guys she dated.  She was obviously the biggest and strongest girl I ever dated.  🙂 I don't think I was intimidated by her and she didn't think I was.  What I told her was I didn't understand what there was to be intimidated about.  We were dating and friends.  She wasn't going to beat me up and we weren't going to fight.  I wasn't a rower so there wasn't any competition.  Maybe there is more to this I don't know.  Any insight would is appriciated.

Strength levels, strong for a women, strong as a very strong man, strong as women pro atheltic, etc? i like power lifting strenght
A rich muscle women, working class women, etc?doesn't matter
Does she like to show off her muscle or hid them under dule clothing with no hint of what underneath? she doesn't pay attention to what others think.  She just wants to please me
How she dress at work, at play, etc? she should dress appropriate to the situation casual to dressy to bikini
Does she use her strength to show off in public?  Or not at all? She uses her strenght to help people because she can not because she wants to show off
How old?25 to 40
Why she because a muscle women? Because a muscle woman is good to find
