Aw, man.  Fett just beat me to the punch.  I was totally going to post the update today but Fett had to go and deprive me of the joy of sharing his work. 🙂

  But given the shipping times from Brazil to the United States, and wanting to mail one big package, rather than a dozen little ones, sometimes I have the scans *months* before I see the physical copy.   🙂

🙂 Yep, that's what I wanted to know, I do the same thing with his Ebay auctions (S&H amounts to $13 for Europe  🙂
And what often happens as well: packages are investigated (and furthermore delayed) by the Customs (opened and put official seals on)  >:(
