Wow.  I dig everything about that drawing except for her tricep.  It looks like she has a caterpillar attached to her arm.  It is because of the nodules/muscle fibers(??) at the end of it.  But other than that:

Okay, done with my video game binge.  Gun is excellent BTW, just too short.  The last boss fight is annoying too.  Anyhoo…

More quick and dirty sketches:
Two more members of the demon cult.  The chica consumed the demon's heart and was rewarded with all the physical powers of the demon (strength, speed, agility, etc) as well as fire based abilities.  She was inspired by Kate Bush as well.  Woo.  I Don't think I like the eye-patch, so that's gotta go.

The thing on the left is her brother, who consumed the demon's flesh.  He also gained all of the demon's physical powers, but his body became unstable and is in a state of constant mutation.  He can shapeshift as well as make weapons out of his body.

I had one more guy who ate the demon's brain… but it started to get a little weird and I don't know if it would fit into the story that you are telling.

I have a few more to round out the demon cult, but if you like any of these guys enough to actually use them, let me know and I will make actual FINISHED drawings *gasp!* and finalise all the details, clothing, colors and whatnot.

Wow! Awesome stuff.  I look forward to every one of your comics.  Your style seems to have gotten tighter too.  Once again, excellent stuff.

I originally came up with some ridiculously in-depth villains, but then I realised that I was essentially taking over the story, BEFORE IT EVEN STARTED… so I simplified guys to make them more multi-purpose.

Anyhoo, quick and dirty: 

The guy on the left is the leader of a cult that revolves around a demon (and its possible ressurection, or whatever).  The big flaming eyeball is the demon's actual eyeball.  This guy plucked out his own left eye and replaced it with the demon's to augment his magical powers.  The downside is that the eye's power is slowly destroying his body, starting with his head.  Fun stuff.

The guy on the right is a composite sketch of either a cult initate or just a grunt.

Anyhoo, I will come up with some more tomorrow, if I can pull myself away from my copy of Gun.

Yeah, I was surprised at how buff Hsien-Ko was potrayed as well.  A nice little bonus to my fave female Darkstalkers character.

As far as the series goes, it was kinda crummy (in my oh so humble opinion)  It wasn't long enough to tell a decent story, and they didn't spend enough with a lot of the other characters.  As a huge Darkstalkers fan, I was dissapointed.  Though Lord Raptor did make an appearance which made my happy.

What about supporting characters and/or villains?  Do you need those too, cause I have a LOT of ideas for those cooking on the 'ol backburner.  Of course most of them fall into the Grant Morrison era of Doom Patrol category (aka out there).  I could also toss out some sketches of them too.
