Well, up2nogd1 is at least good to his word posting various pictures of buffed superheroines on his web site. They’ve been ones that we’ve seen her on this thread until this one below:

Great job by Robb and thanks for the commish, up2! 😀

Cheetara in the first season was pretty well defined as far as musculature goes. After that, she was “smoothed” out for the remainder of the run.

The artwork for the Brave and the Bold is okay and suits the series for what it is. Almost that old Batman style from the late 50s to the 60s. BTAS was far superior in style and writing.

Mumm-Ra… hehe… I’ve always wondered what if Cheetara entered the chamber and had the ancient gods of evil transform her into a muscular behemoth? All they did in the first run was Snarf of all people!! 😛

Mumm-Rana would be a good guest star. She could be drawn properly in a more muscular form than the first time around.

I found a piece of WW artwork that’ll tickle Mimi pink (and probably a few other folks also!). 😀

It’s on the Jim Corrigan DA account:

Rather than make a new thread, I’m going to ask for help in finding a story here. I can’t remember the name of the story OR the author, and I’ve combed through Brawna (not a terrible task, actually) and just can’t find this one. Here’s the relevant details:

Girl is a slender waif, guy is a huge bodybuilder. From some magical macguffin, they swap strength levels, but NOT physiques. So the girl’s a slender waif with the strength of a huge bodybuilder, and vice-versa for him. Then some other hijinks with the magic thing ensue, and they swap physiques, only it enhances their strength levels proportionally. So the girl had the strength of a huge bodybuilder when she was waif-sized, but now that she’s actually the size of a huge bodybuilder, she’s waaaaaay stronger. And of course, vice-versa for the poor guy. I seem to be under the impression that there was some promise for further adventures or hijinks at the end of the story, but at any rate I would really like to find this again.

I found it! I can’t believe that I didn’t remember that this a tale that was rewritten by one of the best of FMG authors, Marknew!

The name of the story is Hyppolyta’s Girdle. It was a story that was written by someone else and Marknew rewrote/embellished it. He tried but could not contact the original author.

    Here’s the link: Hyppolyta’s Girdle

7legend can’t even access You tube and the ChiComs have been clamping down on information coming into the country via the internet.

Like I said, I totally believe that Ashlee is very serious about that!

Ashlee speaks the truth. Not to mention the inferior products that come out of there.

Aside from being a communist nation you mean with a very poor track record of human rights?

Plus Ashlee is from Japanese decent. Those two nations have never been too keen on each other. 😉

I’m sure she’s just having fun though.

I exactly know the story you’re talking about. I remembered looking at it a few weeks ago but…. I cannot recall the title of the tale.

    I’ll try to find it.

I respectfully disagree with you Khuddle. I found Futurama to be very refreshing with its humor not only with the main plot points but with background subtle humor. 😀

Actually she was a Norwegian superhero

Right! Well, geographically speaking, Ashlee wasn’t really far away… [/quote]
True but don’t tell them that they’re like the Danish.

Is that the same one one you put your issue of DHP in? :silly:

    Yes it is! Lol

Most of my comics are vaulted away back in my old state of residence until October when I move everything back together. 🙂

Oh yeah, that was a nice little tale by Mr. Adams. I have that one stashed away in the vault for safekeeping. 🙂
