Looks interesting, but I wish they were selling this standalone. I hate having to become a member to see one piece of content.

    Someone finally posted this:

Ending my decade-long quest. Of course if anyone has a copy with better video quality, please feel free to upload that as well.

It’s good to see that Heroes (and the Bionic Woman) didn’t poison the well for superhero shows. I’m more cautiously optimistic regardless. I wonder what the pitch for the series was? “It’s like Chuck but instead of mental recalls, there’s straight out ass whuppins”?

I love how she explains it:

“…since I came to the United States two years ago… and I gained some muscle here”

very demure, like it was all an accident. Very cute.

Let her confront the musclegirl and then get swatted like a fly. The bf would enjoy that too.

Oh man, it is a very rare for me to “finish” any of these. I’m sticking a fork in it on page 5.

But there will be longer, similar sequence on the horizon.

Using my patented bullshit translator – Loeb is saying something along the lines of "I haven't got a clue where this story is going, I'll be throwing in a lot of twists which are at best random and often nonsensical – not to mention that no one is going to bother checking continuity, so expect plot aspects to be raised and dropped arbitrarily. Red She-Hulk is just going to be cheese cake for the sake of it – any chance at character development is pretty small."

I'd say there's a pretty high probability that there will be a snippet of dialog similar to:

    Rulk: You?

She Rulk: Surprised to see me?

Rulk: It messes up all our planning for you to show up! It may even provide an obscure clue to my identity, but oh well.  Think I'll beat up… oh I don't know, the Thing.

The possibility that it may be Domino is really really exciting for me, I can't quite say why. Maybe it would be the brains/brawn dynamic, or that one of Liefield's "characters" is going to be bastardized long after her shelf date.  Or maybe that the Marvel U can stand to have a few more TF'ing heroines, and that if done properly She Rulk could be a better compliment to She Hulk that Titania.  One can only hope.

If you look at this preview that IGN put up they introduce somebody who is not a Hulk, using a big gun like She-Rulk, and who's wearing a similar outfit to She-Rulk, only without the rips and tears. I wonder if this means we'll be seeing a TF.

Ha ha, that would be awesome.  Pluck a third tier character and give her an in-continuity reboot. Given the bombastic slant of Loeb's Rulk stuff, a Red She Hulk should at least have some fun artwork.  And who knows, maybe a tf to rival the Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk. So why not?

It's going to be awhile before the Jen Walters She Hulk gets another shot at a series.  Sorry, but that's the facts; a book generally doesn't get renewed right after a sustained plummet in the sales charts.  Peter David's run on the book lost me after the third issue, and UWvH issue five and six were migraines sold as pulp fiction.  How bad could it could a She Rulk be in comparison?
