Trying to Remember a Story from some scenes

    Hello again forumgoers. Sorry to impose on you so soon with another question but I have been trying to find two stories that I can only remember very small details from. I know I saw these on thevalkyrie or somewhere else and I have searched quite a bit but I cannot recall the titles or authors for some reason.

    1. The first story I am trying to remember had a scene where the female protagonist (one of the subjects of growth in the story) helps a skinnier girl with I think bench press and grows her some muscles as she spots her.
    I think the protagonist also antagonizes a female gym bully as well as keeps something related to the growth (maybe it was a formula?) in her locker at the gym.

    2. The second one was a short story (I thought it was called something like “first time lifting”) where a younger sister sees her brother lifting weights and tries it out and immediately grows bigger and stronger.

    1 sounds like the story Virus. It was on thevalkyrie.com but the link is broken. If I remember correctly a mother gets infected and passes it to her 2 daughters, the oldest one is in highschool and she grows while in gym class doing bench press

    Thanks for the reply smarl. I cannot find that story either but I do not remember there being a mother/daughter element in the one I am trying to recall. I think it was about a girl who normally got no results in the gym, then grew somehow and helped another girl grow during that short scene.

    Thanks again for your suggestion though! I will look for that story to make sure.
