Anyone else have this prob—-lem?  Everytime the chatroom refreshes the window over rides whatever—- page I'm looking at. It's annoying and the reason why I don't lurk in it. I can't write or work on anythi—-ng else. 😡

You can set the chatroom not to refresh.  Also, you can probably use a tabbed browser like Firefox to get around the problem.

The chatroom we're using isn't optimal. There's a new version out soon and if that doesn't have a lot of improvements I'll look for something else.  Chat is very hard to do – it requires a persistent application on the server and forced refresh in a browser. 

I'm open to suggestions.
