I recall in "Gotham Underground" a woman was turned into a female bane along with other people into various villains. I was curious if anyone else recalls any other women in DC using something similar. I know Natasha steel used tar but thats about it.

Not a word from what I saw, and the fighting she did may have been 2-3 panels if memory serves…
