Help me to write a story!

    I'm not sure if this is the best place to put this but here goes. 😆

    As of Monday I've got some free time and I was hoping to be able to continue writing my Vanessa's Vengeance story. However, I've kind of hit a brick wall. A couple of the characters are about to compare how much they can lift but I don't know what sort of weights they should be able to lift! The one I want to concentrate on for the moment is in her early 30s and a regular gym-goer. Her goal is gaining strength. How much should she be able to lift, at maximum, for:

    1) A biceps curl with a barbell;
    2) A bench press; and
    3) A squat?

    Is she a bodybuilder, powerlifter or just training to look fit?


    Just training to look fit. She's a wee bit shallow. 👿


    for just training to look fit i think usual weights maybe:

    1/ 20 kg      max 30 / 65 pounds
    2/ 40 kg      max 60 / 90 pounds
    3/ 40 kg      max 60 / 90 pounds
