The subject says it all.
Is there a hieght for a giantess to reach that is just too tall to even remotely believe, so unrealistic that its laughable?
And for muscle growth, is there too strong? Can the female body be packed with so much muscle mass that it would be impossible for her to move, so bulked up you just have to laugh?
Just looking to see what are the limits that we are willing to accept before things start to fall apart and one can no longer imagine.

Some of the art on this board I see as too big (artists names will not be mentioned) but that is entirely personal preference. Since similar topics have been bought up before I can tell you that you will receive more than one person saying that the term "too big" is like blasphemy. But I would say that giantesses bigger than a normal skyskraper is too big, Mini-giantesses should stop around 10-12 ft, and muscularity should not hinder movement. The largest of DCM's Tetsuko pics is where I would prefer things stop (but those are my favorite pics of her =))

A lot of people take a normal womans skeleton around 800 lbs of muscle and they get that i can't move look. With a wider, and arguably less feminine, frame more weight doesn't look like it hinders movement. Also a larger woman would have larger hands and feet, wider waist ect. I tend to draw a more "hulking" type of growth at least in my gallery, im still finding my range. But I do try to make the weight fit the frame. I'm not a big fan of GTS but logically Id think she shouldn't be taller than godzilla. He was the standard giant city destroyer.
September 26, 2007 at 7:52 pm #61198fbbsare2hotParticipantI'd only say it's too big when she loses femininity or loses beauty in the face. As for height, I think 6ft is good. I'm not really into the super giantess thing.
September 26, 2007 at 7:56 pm #61199LuParticipantI think Agent Highmax hit on a few points true to myself as well.
While I've done some really really huge, I've always kept a big frame- it's not just huge muscles on a regular sized chick. What are my limits? Definitely my K2 (oddly a fitting name for her I know :p) as she's the character I always draw hugest, and push my limits with. So, the biggest I've drawn her, if the biggest I can stand.
As for height.. well, I like tall, but after about 9' things get too silly for me. I'm not much on GTS.
September 26, 2007 at 8:20 pm #61200Deadly PixxxieParticipantAnything over 9' tall and more muscle mass than your standard male bodybuilder.
September 26, 2007 at 9:01 pm #61201TC2ParticipantEveryone's levels of too big are vastly different, like for me there isn't really a too big unless they are kept in proportion. So if they get tiny heads, massive arms, enormous legs, and they're not in proportion? Well then it starts getting pretty gross for me.
Height, I suppose skyscraper height is just fine for me only because it makes for a REALLY cool battle scene when they are that tall and the constant "knicker" shots are fun.
Personally though I prefer they be normal height and like Gina Davis proportions only a bit bigger.
September 26, 2007 at 10:15 pm #61202AlexGKeymasterPhysique-wise, I favor the more plausible appearance of uberbuffedness over that of the hyperbuilt one – tho that's not to say I don't appreciate it, such as what DCM does. He has that magical touch in artwork and storyline(s) that causes my sense of disbelief to be suspended.
That said, as for hight, I've ranged the gambit in my own stories from that of Super Amazonians and Titanesses (yes there is a difference, subtle as it might seem) to that of standard GTSs and finally, Megas. In the case of the latter, which are the most extreme, its all in how you retain a connection for the ultra outsized character(s) to normal-sized Humanity – otherwise it just turns into a mindless crush cliché.

~ Mark Twain / Samuel Clemens (1907)September 26, 2007 at 10:50 pm #61203Prophet TenebraeParticipantI think it varies, usually I'd say that I wasn't really interested in anything super huge… but Kulli and Femme Forte Fan both do stuff I like, so I'm variable.
I'm not really a huge fan of giantesses (I don't mind them but it's not a huge interest to me), so anything beyond 9' starts to be a bit much. Muscles, well… so long as the body is still proportional. I don't want a hulking 9' gamma girl with a tiny head but yeah, Kulli style huge is my limit, I think.
September 26, 2007 at 11:05 pm #61204BlackKusanagiParticipantI dont mind height so much…although tallest characters I have a zoanthropes in their transformed states… As for muscle mass, the moment I cant tell what gender they are, or if its to the point its impossible and you scream, "OMG WTF"…thats I think my limit. I like proportions moved ot a limit where its understandable…not unbelivable.
