SHEILA: You’re right, I totally forgot to add that.
As for your strong but small comment, I would agree.

PIXIE: 6’? That is awesome. I wish I were taller.

I am skinny. So I clicked on that. I'm planning to join a gym this year, though. My new workplace is right next door to one, so I've got no excuse now! 😉

i'm kind of thin, i have what you would probably call an average physique. What i do have in the way of fitness is walking endurance. i walk home from school every weekday in termtime, with a full bag of books. its about a 45 minute walk, and a lot of its uphill. if i want to go into the centre, i will walk. I have calluses on my feet i can stick pins into. so i'm not muscular, but fairly fit.

Guess I'm too late to be answerin this, but I'm pretty skinny. 5'11" and 150 lbs. I've been working out regularly for the past 3 years.. pretty solid weights too, but I never put on mass.. there must be somethin seriously wrong with my diet or genetics or both. I have 14" arms, 13" calves, 20" thighs, 39" chest, 7" wrist, 11" forearms. Girls who work out a lot less than me seem to go on building muscle much more easily . I totally agree with Sheila's comment.. Man.. I've seen girls lift such huge weights. I squat no more than 90 lbs and I see some girls squatting close to 500!!!  😮

Sorry for restarting an old topic, but I've not long been around here, so I couldn't post while this topic was still fresh.
As I mentioned when I joined Amaz0ns, I'm disabled and confined to a wheelchair, so exercising (other than things like swimming) is difficult for me.  I do have a lightweight manual wheelchair, so I propel myself around in that, and I recently purchased grip-strengthening putty, as this has been a weak spot for me.
As for physique, well, my disability affects my stature (I'm barely over 4' tall), so my adult-sized head is out-of proportion with the rest of me, rather as a baby's head is (what a handsome picture I'm painting ;D ::))l  I used to be quite skinny, but in the last 2-3 years have started to put on weight around my stomach, which I know is dangerous in men, hence why I am trunk to up my amount of exercise.  The only part of me that's properly strong are my upper arms, as I use these to lift my backside up in order to transfer from wheelchair to be, sofa (couch) etc.  This meas that I do actually have some sort of biceps, but otherwise I'm afraid I'm pretty weedy, although, of course, in my mind I'm 6'2", able-bodied and muscular. ;D 8)
