Came across this while going through one of my file folders – an example of femuscle pop-culture cartoon art on the cover of an industry trade magazine.  😎

Source: Computer Design – May 1996

Very interesting, dear Alexander. This magazine came from the last period where Female Bodybuilding (and bodybuilding in general) was seen as a legitmet form and sport. From the Time of The Waning as it was once called in other publications. Then such things were considered acceptable as a form of humour but still in line with the so-called "PC Regulations" (as in Political Correctness). It has taken to recent times for such things not to be seen as mere Mith and Parody but with kind hearted humour, although Bodybuilding and especially female bodybuilding will alway have it's detracters.
Thank you for the post, dear Alexander.
    Peace

A 1996 magazine cover. That explains the headlines on the cover.

Love the cartoon style. Good find.
