A bit off topic, but food for thought amongst the writers (I hope).

The article is an interesting look down different evolutionary paths humanity might evolve towards. Kind of reminds me of the game "Master of Orion III", where several of the races diverged from earlier common stock millions of years ago, depending on whether they were willing to use genetic manipulation (or were manipulated from outside), got separated from they’re homeworlds, borged, etcetra.
