So whats new? Another bad cast
and its….. a FLOP what happen Rosie O’donnell or Roseann Bar felt it wasn’t enough money offered?!
this is ONLY a rumor. everybody needs to calm down. johnny depp was to play dr strange. that never happened. i won’t judge until there is conformation.
Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman all over again.
There is no guarantee this is for Captain Marvel. I consider it far more likely she’s going to be someone else, possibly even as a bad guy. I think Marvel has someone else in mind for Captain Marvel. Who, I don’t know. But they’ve talked to Sackhoff in the past, and they’ve talked to Emily Blunt multiple times over the year (Blunt was nearly Black Widow for example). I consider those two more likely for Carol Danvers than Chastain.
Look to better sources for this kind of news. Variety isn’t as prompt as some comic book sites but they jump quickly to speculation. The casting of Wonder Woman went through the same hoopla and we should learn from that.
What about Laura Prepon as her? She tall, well built and sassy!
Anything can be faked in the movies today. I remember the ongoing discussions from the Wonder Woman fans on who should have been casted long before Gal Gadot was hired. Nobody got it right and I think more were disappointed that impressed. But in terms of height it’s the least important because that can be faked on screen. Physique wise is harder to pull off, which is why I prefer the actress really get into shape.

Just watched the DVD (Edge of Tomorrow),and she seemed fairly buffed to me,
and convincingly Warrior-esque in character . . . B)
