    Just wanted to give a heads-up about some really nice clips in the Feb issue of Johanna's website. For some reason she missed her normal update on AMG – so in case you missed it: It's a 60 minute one-on-one arms workout plus flexing in 1280 x 720 hi-def. Very nice indeed.

    It's due to be replaced by next months issue in the next few days – so if you're quick you can grab both issues for the price of one. Sorry for the shameless plug – but it would be a crime to let those clips disappear without a mention.
