Anybody know if Andy Neiderman’s "Love Child" is availiable as an ebook anywhere online? Or if there’s a good synopsis? I can’t find either.

Took me about 20 minutes to find it. Don’t you hate it when books fall behind other books on the shelf! 😀

    From the back cover:

"Carol is a modern Jekyll and Hyde, ruled not by chemicals but by her genes. Half human, Half Amazon, she is a predatory hunter …"

    Personally, I liked things like

    p.42

"She stopped abruptly, shock coming over her … There still clutched in her fingers was [the] car door handle."

Nothing like a little STRENGTH to liven up a book. 😀

p.s. I got this book in a pile of free books years and years ago when I used to write book reviews. It was an incredibly PLEASANT kind of surprise! 😀

I’ve read it – it didn’t knock my socks off.

True. If you take out the dozen or so strength/amazon references the plot is totally predictable.

    On the other hand:

"Her arms hardened and she nearly lifted him off the bed"

You just don’t see stuff like this in main line fiction often!! 😀 😀
