    ther used to be a comic of plasmer, a female shapeshifter. it was published under marvel uk in the nineties. i wonder if anyone has any scans of her. i cannot find my copy of the first issue so i can't provide them.

    never mind i found the comic.

    Thanks for posting them, Tourist – she certainly looks buff (although I'm not so keen on the way her hairstyle makes her look a bit like she's losing some hair at the front).  I'm amazed that such a buff female character even briefly made it into a Marvel comic of the era.  I wonder if anyone else has any info on her too?

    I've got the first issue (even a copy still bagged with trading card)….but I don't think I ever saw the other 3 parts.  Been so long since I've read it.

    I believe she was supposed to be some sort of alien lifeform, hence the crazy hairline.  Also if I recall correctly, she never really did much by way of strength feats, making those massive guns a bit superfluous…
