    I can't speak for Tigersan.  I think he's mentioned something about an anatomical book somewhere before but your best bet is asking him.

    As for creating one, any program capable of loading a picture and allowing you to manipulate it in a variety of ways would be your best bet in creating a skin map.  Lots and lots of time and trial and error too.  Uriel and Tigersan may have some shortcuts though…
