    As promised, new scans. They aren't terrible, but I post them nonetheless, until I fix my scanner's settings… 😐

    Hmmm, I see what you mean.  You might have better results by scanning the pages at 200 dpi x 100 scale of original.  Then using Resize, shrink them by 40% – you'll not only have a more manageable picture, but the quality will be superior, too.

    Left you a more detailed note about scanning comic book pages via your PM box.
