It seems to me that some people prefer buff/strong/muscular/tall women as fantasies rather than real-life women because fantasies allow the person creating the fantasy to maintain control.  So even if the fantasy itself is about losing control to a stronger woman, the person creating the fantasy is still ultimately in control.

I just wanted to know what you guys like about muscular women, and I know it's grown into a "super-tall woman" fetish, too, so what's with that?

Genuinely curious, I'm not judging you or anything 🙂

What a fascinating group of people. Thanks so much for posing this question strawberryriddick. My situation is apparently quite different from anyone else here. I also believe that we are wired in some way and then something comes along and triggers an erotic reaction. Well, someone came along and triggered something inside of me when I was about 11 or 12 years old. Her name was Shabelle, an hispanic woman in her early twenties who my mom hired to watch us kids. To my knowledge up until this point of my life, everything was normal in regards to my attraction for girls. I never thought about muscles on girls or anything like that….UNTIL SHABELLE!

I remember seeing her the first day she came to our house. She was wearing a sleeveless top and jean shorts. I can still vividly recall how entranced I was by her muscular development. Her brown skin just rippled with muscle, in her arms and legs, everywhere but oh man her arms were just amazing. I felt like a volcano on the verge of erupting. I got seriously aroused, like never before and I didn't know why. I found myself feeling this way everytime she was around.

To make matters worse, Shabelle seemed to always show up in something sleeveless, like she was showing off those arms. Eventually, my curiosity overwhelmed my shyness and I asked her to flex. The memory is etched in my mind, forever. She flexed her right arm and this most perfect bulge appeared. It was much bigger than I thought a girl's muscles could ever get, and I didn't even ask if I could feel it, I went for it. I latched onto that hard swollen mound, her muscle was just so amazingly hard.

I was so in lust for this muscle woman that I had dreams, almost nightly of different fantasies with Shabelle. She was also very strong, she used to hold both of my wrists in one of her strong hands and I could do nothing. My dad , who was divorced from my mom, visited us and often times challeged Shabelle to arm wrestling. It used to take everything he had to pin down her arm and those matches would take forever. I think that eventually, it became obvious to her that I was getting turned on by her muscles because she stopped flexing. I got caught more than once, spying on her while she messed with or brushed her hair, her beautiful biceps doing their wonderous dance. Eventually she quit her job at our house…I think she realized that she was driving me totally nuts.

I was never the same after this muscle woman came into my life!

This is the second time one of my posts has been mysteriously deleted. Is this a fluke on my computer and my post is actually showing up? Well, here's the gist of what I said:

COLLECTOR: If there is "a huge list" of other buff babes, then why write off many female bodybuilders as manly?

SNOTLING: That is a very cool way of putting it.

FONK: Saying that women are generally better than men is sexist. You have not met everyone in the world or anything close to make that assessment. People are not "better" than others, either. We all have things to teach each other. I am also interested in the fact that your gender says "female" but you called yourself a "lad." If you are a girl and would not like to go down the road of FBBs as you put it, then that is fine, do as you wish and I will agree with your decision. To me, women's empowerment is a woman choosing what she wants to do, regardless if I agree with her (unlike all those femiNazis that get pissed when women go into porn…it's THEIR choice, isn't that what you were fighting for in the first place? 🙂 ). Never be afraid to be yourself, which is why you should go out and be confident…there's no shame in believing in yourself 🙂

HALEY: Yes, you are probably right.

As for Shabelle, what an incredible story! I loved reading your account, I can see how you were so transfixed with muscles because of her. I am curious, do you have a thing for the Latinas now, too? Speaking of which, did you see that Jennifer Lopez morph in the forum (if you were the one who morphed her, forgive me for my bad memory with names)?

I agree that saying women are generally better than men is sexist but I don't believe that some people are not better than others. We are all fundamentally equal, I agree; but my opinions on people necessarily mean that I think some are better than others. It's my perception that distorts that fundamental equality.

    My gender is male.

I am 100% behind you on women's empowerment being a woman choosing what she wants to do.

I don't mean to rain on your parade here, you're obviously a confident woman yourself, but my confidence is not something I can switch on like a light. I really want to believe in myself, believe you me!

Because the once that get the most attention in media are the ones that look manly, like Christine Envall.  If you want to find the ones that don't look manly, you have to search through the internet or catch some tournament that they are participating in.

Though there is a 'huge' list if you go to http://www.amg-lite.com I personally think that there is a higher percentage of manly looking female bodybuilders than the sexy feminine ones.

I only noticed last year, I was really tired and miss read sum 3 letters followed by studioonline.com, i was about to leave the site right away, but sumtin sparked inside n i got curios, i looked around for five minuts, and then decided to leave, about a week later i was bored writing up a poem on the computer(devon's rose I beleave, it was one taht i thought would get published, but never did, all my favorites wer failures, and all my "i guess its gud enuf to try"'s wer sucesses) and tetsuko kept poping up in my head, it got to a point were i couldnt consentrate and i decided i might as well govin and take another look, eventualy i started to glace more and more often until in about a month i had cleared all of the site, but from there i found my way to wreckshop, from wreckshop to LHart, and then i still kept an eye out for dcm updates, and from there i found magiccrayons, and from magiccrayons to sheGrew, in half a year i had become a part of a comunity, but a year ago, a couldnt look at any woman as strong as me for over a a minut( I had nothin against them, just the thought of a woman as strong as me was kinda weird, i meen i was a nerd through grade school, buut a jock through high, it jus felt weird being in such a position again)

My, my…aren't you the perceptive one strawberryriddick:-D I am indeed now very partial to Latinos even though I'm blonde and blue eyed. I love the skin color of Latino women and they have such an exotic look to them. I'll take a woman of any color with muscles..though!

I'm not the one who morphed Jennifer Lopez.

    FONK:
"It's my perception that distorts that fundamental equality."
Oooooh, a very good quote and excellent observation! :applaud awarded:
Now that you know this, you can stop distorting equality 😀

"I don't mean to rain on your parade here, you're obviously a confident woman yourself, but my confidence is not something I can switch on like a light. I really want to believe in myself, believe you me!"
Well, buddy, the reason I mention it is because I know confidence can change. Believe you me (finally, someone else who uses that), I used to be shy, quiet, and scared. I was scared of physical things, always paranoid about germs or someone breaking into my house or bugs or bugs crawling in my ears or messed up things like that, and any activity where I could get hurt, like riding an ATV too "crazily" or bungee jumping or white water rafting. I was also scared of mental things, like the fear that I would instruct someone on how to do something but then I'd be wrong and people would make fun of me. Stupid crap like that.

Now, hell, now I have a ton of confidence. I don't need people to believe in me because I believe in me and sweet Lord in Heaven, that is one excellent feeling. It doesn't happen overnight, but don't forget that it does happen. If you feel like talking about it, my PM is always open, and whatever you tell me there will stay there. I'm not assuming that you're going to pour out your heart and soul, and I'm not assuming that if you don't send me a message that you're just wallowing in misery and too puss to do anything about it. I'm not assuming anything about you, just making myself available if you'd like to talk about it.

COLLECTOR: You're right about the publicity. People in the media are misrepresented. For example, there is a higher percentage of home-makers on TV then in real life. More minorities commit crimes on TV than in real life. This skews our view on society and what to expect from people. Unless you have a list of all FBBs that ever existed and have counted them to see how many look manly versus how many don't look manly and saw that more look manly than don't, you can't accurately say that more look manly than feminine.

Of course, it's also your opinion, which you are certainly welcome to having. As long as it doesn't interfere with your perception on people and how you handle situations with them, I don't see a problem with it. The only reason I made the comment in the above paragraph is just in case it's bothering you or might bother you, and this way you'd have a different perspective to keep in mind.

SHIELA: Not to sound like a psychologist, but it sounds like you are/were afraid to oggle muscular women because you felt it put you back into the nerdy grade school position that you had grown out of (heck, you said so: "it jus felt weird being in such a position again"). Just remember that your girlfriend or wife's personal fitness/intelligent level will never take away all your awesome accomplishments. 🙂

Not a problem, I'd like someone to do the same if situations were reversed: http://www.amaz0ns.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=41&topic=1032.0
