    This looks like a scrapped DBZ character.

    The person who requested it actually stole a Sailor Moon character named Taiki. I don’t know HOW she managed to bastardize the character so badly to turn the Sailor Star into a naked 8 year-old alien with a large head and overly-muscular body, but I drew what she requested (although she didn’t think so if you read the response).
