There was an HBO movie called "Witch Hunt" (with Penelope Ann Miller, Dennis Hopper, and Eric Bogosian) where there are a couple of tf scenes. My favorite is one where a woman is being magically enhanced and the guy says "bigger" and this woman, who looks like Sherilyn Fenn, has her breasts magically grow. It’s a great scene.

In a relatively recent Simpsons Marge becomes very buff relatively quickly. No transformation per se, but she looked pretty hot and there were some other women bodybuilders in there as well.

I was reminded by Lingsters comments about one of my favorite Wonder Woman episodes. The guests were Sheilds and Yarnell, a couple of minorly famous mimes from the 70’s. The woman took some ‘ant essence’ type formula and got super strong. The transformation was agian accomplished by an already fairly buff woman changing into tighter and skimpier (is that a word?) clothes. But still very effective. Sorry, the name of that particular episode escapes me.

I’m almost positive the episode — and the character — was

    called "Formicida."

I saw bits and pieces of the Arliss episode mentioned above. Anyone know of a clip floating around out there?

That episode is now available on the Wonder Woman – The Complete Third Season DVD set, just released yesterday (6/7). (I haven’t bought mine yet, but the day isn’t over!)

OK, its not exactly a movie, and its not exactly a muscle transformation scene, but the old Sledge Hammer series has what would rank as one of my top 10 hot FBB scenes. Sledge (a dirty-harry style cop with a gun fetish) sneaks into a gym and is confronted by two female bodybuilders who proceed to tear their clothes to shreds just by flexing (they have bikinis on underneath). The scene suggests muscle growth as mentioned above.

One interesting note is that the show also had a blond areobics-style girl in the gym a little while earlier in a similar outfit to one of the bodybuilders. When I first saw this clip, I thought the blond bodybuilder was ment to be the other girl who had somehow bulked up super fast to beat up Sledge.

This series is finally out on DVD – great 80’s comedy.

Does anybody remember that Brawny Commercial where the housewife is at home cleaning up a spill and her right arm

    gets really buff and strong.

Her left arm stays normal though, that was a pretty good transformation.

This commercial was a couple of years ago.

I can’t recall specific movies, but if you watch weight-loss infomercials, I think they actually do it pretty well. It’s really smooth. I think that really works better, because you’d see some transformations that really blow because you can tell they stopped the camera, changed something, started the camera, stopped the camera, changed something, etc.. As long as you don’t do it that way, it should be fine.

A lot of 80s werewolf movies had a smooth transition. I remember one where the "wolf’s" part of his face CAME OUT of his human mouth, and it was all slick and bloody and such. I saw that as a kid, and I STILL remember it today. It was done real well, at least that’s how I remember it. They don’t play it anymore to my knowledge, so if you can find some old episodes of USA: Up All Night it’d probably be on there.
