Wonder why movies with FBBs are usually embarrassingly bad? I think if I shoot a low budget film it would be better than half of them.

no clue why they are terrible but it was the 90s & all straight-to-video films looked like Nemesis 1-4
As for the nemesis #5 the only woman with muscle tone is Sue

That’s because they might look fantastic,
but have little or no natural talent for playing a character role convincingly.As a second-tier character,
in a supporting role with other actors and actresses as the focus of the story, they seem to do alright.At present the only one that pulled it off – mostly well – was Cory Everson, and she was primarily used as a second-tier character.
The only ones that I can think of off hand that made the full transition from BBing to lead role acting parts were both male.
Steve Reeves in the late 50s / early 60s and still later on Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 80s and 90s.
