My opinion of this 20% rule is quite unprintable, now before anybody starts disparaging figure competitors; please remember that many of these women come from Fbb and fitness, just because they aren't super muscular of don't do back flips doesn't mean that they aren't athletic. Figure is not modeling, if you don't have the physical chops you don't place. Figure is a place for those women who don't want to have to pack 160#s of muscle onto their 5'4" frames. Or have to do gymnastics routines to place well in fitness competitions.
