Has anyone here ever been shredded before? Asking out of pure curiosity. There are some who believe (and I subscribe to this camp somewhat) that when the writer lives through an experience first-hand or something similar he produces a better story in the end

Shredded, cut, or ripped, all of those terms are the same reference
    – somewhere around 3% and low on water and sodium for a short duration in contest prep mode.

I’ve never been that low since that sort of thing has no appeal to me.

In my case, it’s a physical culturalist lifestyle thing,
I’m lean to the point where you can see the muscular definition in the mirror while working out or otherwise.

Never have been that extremely low, has no appeal to me. That’s a contest prep mode thing.
I’m lean enough to have visible muscular definition that can be seen in the mirror while w/o at the gym, or otherwise.

Only other person here on the forums that I’m aware of that lifts would be Ashlee.
She might, or might not see your post in this thread.

I also lift, however I consider myself a novice and nowhere near the women we love so much on this site. Wouldn’t mind getting that shredded though just once, just to see how it feels.
