Driving home through Vancouver one December evening, I saw something unforgettable — the old bridge near the harbor shining in golden tones, reflecting beautifully off the water. For a moment, traffic didn’t bother anyone; everyone just slowed down to look. It felt like the city had dressed up for us. Later, I read about how engineers and designers worked together using commercial Christmas lights Canada to handle the cold and humidity. That memory stayed with me — proof that public art can be as simple as a strand of light used with purpose and care.
