They got a thread over there that really pisses me off. Its whats creepier lift and carry or morph fetish. There is nothing I hate more than a bunch of people who have their heads in the clouds about muscle women and they belittle my 2nd favorite hobby. Now I know even some people on this board don't view morphing as an art form, but I do. Its a way of expressing yourself and that is art. Now some people are better than others at this and yes most morphers aren't very good.  But I believe my work as well as CDR's, and randoms to be art. Hell some people even think Tigersan's work isn't art and what that guy does is amazing.
What also pisses me off is they say that all the people who make the "art" with the exception of dcm are nut jobs. I know my work is fake, I make it because it makes me laugh and it helps take the stress out of my day. I mean after a full days worth of work behind a computer, plus the 2 hours of nhb training and an hour in the gym I need something that I can focus on but ultimately is not 2 demanding. Cos I despise TV and refuse to watch it(movies are different). I mean how is what  I do any different from like a model plane collection. I figure I like muscular women and I like normal women and its fascinating to me to see how the two come together.
Anyway I know I went off on a rant but it just really steams me these peoples ignorance. In case you can't tell I am very touchy with my work and with how it is perceived thats because I do take it seriously and I try to put out the best product that I can. I believe that in life no matter what endever you pursue you should do the best you possibly can.

Normally, I would not reply to this, but . . .

So you find their attitudes about morphs surprising?  This is nothing new with them or the larger amazon admiration community in general, has been the case going all the way back to the alt amazon-woman admirers (AAWA) news group.  They've never liked morphs of any stripe or type (colleges included), considering them an abomination that might contaminate their pristine picture collections.

Paradoxically, or maybe not so, anything hand drawn is usually acceptable with them since (really convoluted here) its not real!

This is why I vastly prefer and value the Amaz0ns blog and forums.  Here you have a broader minded community of shared interests that spans the subject from the hardcore FBBing reality to the Uberbabe superheroine fantasy and can partake as you wish, without concern of hearing criticism from the "purest" segment.

Something else I should mention, it also works the other way around, too.  Try and discuss femuscular r/w women (specifically certain FBBrs) who could play the She-Hulk in a movie over on the She-Hulk forum and you'll get pilloried over it from a certain number of nasty, noisy negativists, of whom I once took to task for their irrational bias and was temp-banned for a short time over it.

They don't think I'm a nutjob? They don't know me very well, do they?  ;D

Y'see, me, I'd just say fuck that and be done with them all 😀 who cares anyway, if people can really be so thick in the head, why listen to them? It's like trying to descipher the hidden meanings behind the babbling of a crazy person!

But I believe my work as well as CDR's, and randoms to be art.

That's very sweet of you to say, iron!  I've never considered myself to be on a par with artists, but there definitely is some artistry to making a morph that looks relatively believable.  It's like the difference between someone drawing a stick man and a beautiful version of the Last Supper – I don't think people would consider the stick man to be art (unless it's those very cool animated stick man kung-fu animations you can find on the net).  Anyway, I think it's the same with morphs too – a badly done morph isn't art, but a great morph (like the work you produce) is definitely art in my eyes.

One thing I've really enjoyed about the morphing is the sense of cammeraderie that I've had with other morphers – even if it's just a few random sentences on chat or a few emails exchanged.  The discussion of a few techniques and mutual admiration and encouragement for each other's works (of art!) was really great.  I imagine artists must get this kind of thing more of the time, but I really enjoyed it.  Having a supportive and encouraging community around you can really inspire you to do great things.  It's a shame that those tossers at that other forum have such narrow minds – they could have dissuaded people from posting their first rough works who might have otherwise gone on to be the next generation of great artists/morphers.  Amaz0ns is definitely the best place to hang out, I agree – we are a great community that is friendly and well moderated.  Thanks go to everyone for creating this great atmosphere (especially Lingster).

Don't pay any attention to what they say over at Unreal Muscle.  You're very much loved and respected right here, iron.  Many thanks for hard work on your great morphs.

(Funnily enough I have a bit of reverse bias to the guys on the Unreal Muscle forum – I prefer art and morphs to real pics.  You can make the women as big as you like and there's no nasty side effects for them!  What's wrong with that?)

I've dabbled in enhancements & I know the patience required to make them (I just don't have it).

I admire anyone who tries it because it ain't easy!

If someone doesn't like your enhancements, f- them!  🙂

    Later,
