Any fictional female character past or present (stories, comics, vid-games, movies, tv-series etc) can be nominated
– but with the corollary that unlike She-Hulk or Powergirl, try to stick to ones that typically have never been (or very rarely at all) portrayed with any degree of femuscular development.About time the (mostly) over-looked ones had a chance at an empowered rendering . . . B)

Maybe there is psychology involved, when I think about this I kept thinking about characters I have crush on from my childhood.
Wonder woman, Batgirl, Teela from He-man, Diana the acrobat from D&D (her skimpy outfit was a big turn on when I was a kid), and Cheetara. Cheetara usually portrayed as very fit and sometimes semi musuclar.
