That’s a coincidence because I’m obsessed with Jennifer Love Hewitt NOT landing the Wonder Woman role.
June 11, 2010 at 9:26 pm #93135Weapon XParticipantJLH as wonder woman… HELL NO!
Gina carano as WW… HELL YEAH! (but highly improbable)
Now, between the candidates mentioned on that article, i prefer Megan Fox. Add her some lbs. of muscle and she’s ready for the character 😀
June 11, 2010 at 10:22 pm #93136SpeedyParticipantI’m coming to see that Megan Fox’s talent is in her being unbelievably hot. As an actress……less than amazing.
Also she all but said fuck you to the prospect of playing Wonder Woman. She says and I quote.
“Wonder Woman is a lame superhero… She flies around in her invisible jet and her weaponry is a lasso that makes you tell the truth. I just don’t get it. Somebody has a big challenge on their hands whoever takes that role but I don’t want to do it.”
She has obviously never seen this
[If your like me your gunna want to mute the background song. Linkin Parks Break bleah]Ms Fox’s most notable roles included Hot Girlfriend, Hot evil creature, and Hot Prostitute. Wonder Woman would be a step up for her.

June 12, 2010 at 6:29 am #93143Robert McNayParticipantI don’t like either suggestion, Hewitt or Carano. I want some one who can act to be Wonder Woman.
I kinda like Sandra Bullock for it. She’s kinda thin, but I’m sure she would buff up some, like Hillary Swank did for “Million Dollar Baby”. Plus, she’s taller than I thought. I saw the segment from the MTV Awards where she kissed Scarlett Johanson. Both were wearing pretty high heels and Sandra was almost a full head taller than Scarlett.
June 12, 2010 at 8:15 am #93147TC2ParticipantCould you imagine if Jennifer actually pumped up to try to get the role?
Sadly, even if she did get bigger there is no way she has a personality strong enough to carry wonder woman.
Also, please don’t suggest Gina Carano, as pretty as she is, she is a TERRIBLE actress!
If we’re going to suggest people who don’t have acting experience then just put Mavi Gioia on the list, sexy AND muscular. Sandra Bullock is an interesting choice but she’s getting older and she’s not quite right for it.
Hell if we’re going to suggest off the wall characters, maybe Neve Campbell?

Implying Sandra Bullock can act. Her face have five ‘modes’ and that’s it.
June 12, 2010 at 1:24 pm #93157AlexGKeymasterJennifer Love Hewitt as Diana/WW – no. :S
Jennifer Love Hewitt as Jen Walters/She-Hulk – emphatically, yes! B)

~ Mark Twain / Samuel Clemens (1907)June 12, 2010 at 6:55 pm #93162SpeedyParticipantI think Jennifer Love Hewitt is wrong and I also think Sandra Bullock and Hilary Swank are wrong for the role. Also considering it’s an action movie whoever it is is probably NOT going to buff up for the role given they are not taken as seriously as dramas. The first thing on their minds is who looks hot in the costume. They will likely I think get a Gemma Aterton type of lead, someone fairly new to movie audiances.
*Points to pile of action movies with female leads*
Let’s just hope it doesn’t end up there in the garbage pile with Ultra Violet, Tomb Raider, CatWoman, Elektra, Aeon Flux ect ect. All I hope is that they take it seriously.
