    We ain’t gonna get an overtly muscular portrayal of Diana/WW – or of She-Hulk, for that matter.

    Twenty-five yrs ago, it might have been another story – the media-entertainment climate was different then.

    These days, preference-wise, I’d rather watch the DC Direct to DVD animated movies,
    they don’t seem to be so uptight about having relatively buffed-looking female(s) in them.

    This is a big year for comic book heroines in movies in regards to Wonder Woman, Black Widow and Birds of Prey.

    Kinda surprised that no one hereabouts mentioned it, especially given this line by Steve Trevor while locked up in a holding cell.

    That last part about FBBrs, wonder (no pun) how that got past the gatekeepers. 😉 :laugh: B)

    I saw it. Like many of these animated ones, the artwork is okay but as for the story, this one is riddled with huge plot holes. I keep urging CinemaSins to do an episode about it.

    Aside from Jessica Graff, I haven’t seen any names of female athletes I recognize in the upcoming Wonder Woman sequel. Can anyone confirm if Brooke Ence is coming back as one of the Amazons?
