August 15, 2005 at 11:53 pm #11013Debido-SanParticipantInteresting titles! did you have any ideas to go along with them?
(I don't think I could come up with a storyline for a videogame… I have enough trouble writing stories for the comics I'm already doing!)
(although "Amazonian Amulet" might spark some cool thoughts…)
these two sound like names for older, point and click to guide Tetsuko/Dyna to the goal computer games! Brings back memories….

Hmmm. Dyna would work in an action-RPG probably. Maybe a God of War/Devil May Cry style action game? Minus the blood of GoW though. Maybe give her some sort of generic weapon? A sword, perhaps? Or start her with general punches and she gains different mythological weapons(opposite of Devil May Cry 1, where Dante begins with a sword and gets Gauntlets to punch and kick later).
Tetsuko would work in a Final Fight style game. Beat up bad-guys, move on. Obviously they'd be big guys(plus it'd explain the whole "3 punches fells this guy, but not this duplicate with BLUE hair") by saying that the serum was used on them too.
I hereby deem myself the Resident Gamer 😛 Until Atari wants to come in and join me with that position ;D

Actually, there is a program that allows you to make point-and-click games I heard about online, but have yet to try out. Perhaps DCM or someone else here might give this a shot…!

I can't use it… doesn't work on Mac.
August 16, 2005 at 8:03 am #11017Amazon LoverParticipantAww, bummer. A Tetsuko or Dyna point-and-click game woulda been fun…
But on the plus side, score one point for us PC users!
However, it might still not be impossible for such a game to exist… if someone were able to program the game and figure out the plot and everthing, all DCM would hafta do is provide the sprites (For those of you who don't speak game-lingo, those are the images used in a video game, much like what cels are to animation).

That could work!!
August 16, 2005 at 9:12 am #11019Amazon LoverParticipantSuch a project would probably take quite a few people. People to write the story, people to use the program, people to add music/sound FX, and perhaps – if any of the men and women of this forum are willing – people to do voices!
August 16, 2005 at 1:10 pm #11020JimmyDimplesParticipantHey, I've done some acting, singing, and would LOVE to do a guy's voice if this project ever sees the light of day… 😀
…if I can find a studio, time, the bucks and can coordinate with everyone else. 😐 Quite a tall order, especially from the PRC.
Well, love will find a way.
