Brilliant continuation of the long-awaited (and VERY eagerly awaited too!) Sylph story. 
Her inability to even contemplate letting the curiosity kill the cat (literally) makes her such
a sweet super-heroine. 😀

I'm sad to hear that you are suffering a little "Writer's Fatigue", announcing this to be the
last 'Official' Sylph story for some time to come :'(.  Does that mean I can start thinking up
another fanfic?  ;D

Well, the origin of my moniker's pretty obvious to those of you who are
native English speakers.  As for what I "Admire", I admire big, strong,
muscular women, of course!

Yet, this is sufficiently obscure for my fellow countrymen, who are known
to be one of the worst learners of English after all….

For me, the limit to muscularity is when the muscles get in each others' way, as
then she won't be able to move.

Similarly, the realistic limit to size would be about 4m or just over 13 feet, as
anything larger would be too heavy to be supported by 2 legs, no matter how
muscular.  Of course, if we start exploring different muscle and skeletal materials,
this limit changes….

Getting back to the original question….

NO! Kinsyo has NOT given up. 

1. He is facing technical difficulty with his website management software,
  and is currently unable to update his top page.  However, he has posted
  1 new picture of Haruka training with Taro (with a short Japanese Story)
  as shown here:

2. He is preparing a Doujin comic for an upcoming muscle-girl event in Tokyo
  (Nikuket) this Sunday (24 Sept.), and hasn't much time for anything else
  in the Femuscle front.

3. Kinsyo is a professional Manga artist, (under a different pen-name of
  course) and has some commitments on his professional front too.

That just about sums up his present situation.  I hope this allays any
fears about "The Shogun of Female Muscle" (as he is called in Japan now)
