AlexGKeymasterDuring her Battlestar Galactica time, she was alright as a hot shot jock fighter pilot character
– but I vastly preferred (and still do when I watch it on the assembled DVDs)
Grace Park as Sharon / Athena and Kandyse McClure as Dualla. B)“I like a good story well told. That is the reason I am sometimes forced to tell them myself.”

AlexGKeymasterTrue. I only train for half an hour, but almost every day, but then, I’m not aiming to get to big, my problem is more loosing weight than adding it. But thanks for the heads up, Alex…
NP – whatever works best for you and whatever your goals might be. Physical culture has a wide range of adherents. B)
Ironically – the training is perhaps the easier part of the equation.
Diet is far harder – you have to go with the flow on a day to day basis. It’s all about choices.
One of the big things to keep to is cutting out all of the junk foods – over time you start to eat cleaner and (mostly) don’t miss the chips and other snacks. The other is to avoid fast foods – they’re just loaded down in all of the wrong ways.
And thanks for the funny vids, Ashlee… I have heard about planet fitness before… Funny thing… a gym that doesn’t want you to build muscle…
later…

Yeah – the PF franchise has a long-running negative reputation concerning bodybuilder types.
As I recall, there was thread on that topic several yrs back over @ the RX Muscle forums.

AlexGKeymasterGoing to the gym all day . . . a metaphor.
A two to three hours long session is more than enough to get in all that’s required.
And you’d better allow a reasonable period of rest to rebound afterwards, otherwise you’re just defeating the purpose.

AlexGKeymasterWell, the only thing I can otherwise suggest is to contact them directly and ask.

AlexGKeymasterDo mean gone, as in that its really gone – or that the link is there, but its not functioning w/ its your browser?
Second question, just how active were the forums – if its really gone, they might have eliminated it due to low participation.
Also, could be if its a site revamp, someone might have forgotten to include a link on the main page.
You might want to drop HerBiceps an email and ask ’em where the forum went to. B)

AlexGKeymasterYes, it does depend. The Rapid / Sudden is your classic She-Hulk type transformation – erupting at once, bursting at the seams. Slow / Incremental is longer, but still relatively short in time span. Kinda drawing out the act for just long enough over the course of a day for the character to not to notice at first, but later it comes as something of a shock for them to realize that something serious is going on to them. Gradual probably works best with the GTS genre – an author like Hi-Standard was a genius at applying this to his growth stories. Ultra-Gradual might be best used with real world bodybuilding where it does take time – a character after say six-months starts to notice the changes in size and strength, as well as how their clothing is not-fitting in the same way as before – and later still after a several years is a seriously developed contender.
