Treachery in Beatdown City has Lisa Santiago, a female Boxer. She’s stacked in the cover art, but as the game is a homage to 8/16 bit brawlers, it’s a bit harder to tell in game.

You know, Jessie Graff has done her last few American Ninja Warrior runs sporting She-Ra colors… I’d take her as She-Ra…

We actually got two Hulk movies. They’re even given a nod to be in cannon with the MCU (“The last time I was in New York I accidentally broke Harlem”). Hulk will feature prominently in Ragnarok, and there have been rumors about allowing Mark Ruffalo to headline his own picture. (That said, Universal, of all people, has some sort of rights to a Hulk film.)

I think we’d be more likely to get a Black Widow film, though.

But the issue is that “Girls don’t buy superhero toys, and boys won’t buy toys of girls.”

Of course, they don’t *sell* them, so self fulfilling prophecy. See also Legend of Korra.

On the other hand, popular consensus is that Rock Climbing is one of the best things you can do to prepare.

Meagan Martin, who’s now completed the qualifying course twice is one such climber. Video is, I’m sure to come, but let’s start with this. B)

    1. In universe, Jimmy Olsen had 10 years of being a Sidekick to Superman. He’s grown out of being a teenage geek.

    2. Every single costume she tries on is an actual previous Supergirl Costume… it’s a mythology gag. (I think it’s hilarious.) It’s the pilot, you’ll never see it again. Relax.

    3. Because they’re cutting out Superman *outright*. He’s mentioned by name exactly once, and alluded to a few more times… this is a series about Supergirl, not Superman.

‘Cause she’s not in the jester’s outfit. HQ’s insanity was always in the personality… not the outfit. This one I’m cautiously optimistic for.

The real reason is, and I’m not making this up, they were too popular with female viewers. Not popular enough with young boys.

Here’s Paul Dini (Batman: the Animated Series, Young Justice) about why Young Justice suffered a similar fate.
