    You hit the nail on the head for me.  Madonna looks like she got that "dehydrated" look indeed, which is why I don't think it looks right.  Competition form for FBB's, though it makes their muscles look great; sometimes their faces look like they get sunken into their skulls, and makes them unappealing.

    Precisely, it's that reason that I hate her appearance, because her muscle is not well-developed; visible only because she has about 8% bodyfat or something.

    To respond how did i achieve to have this body ..it s simple..work ,work and hard work again,a strict diet ,a new life style ..i could say 🙂

    It just goes to show that the difference between a good BBer and a hugely impressive BBer is 90% persperation, and only 10% genetics.

    Oh, and congratulations on the new arrival – I imagine looking-after your baby must be easier than for the average new mum thanks to your strength?
