Having Tet-chan lugging a heavy sack will keep Santa's back 'elf-y' – geddit? ;D  (Think "healthy" spoke with a Cockney accent).  Seriously, Dave, great stuff as always – I think we'd all like a glimpse of Tetsuko i that outfit for Christmas! 8)

    Nice morphs.  🙂

CPbell, what browser/AV are you using? Pretty much only Kaspersky and NOD32 are worth spit these days, and I fear for you if you use IE.

AOL is my service provider, so I use their software, though i use IE for other browsing.  Are the ones you mentioned available in the UK?

It takes all sorts – I must say the ame things that drive you wild about her are the things that I find slightly off-putting. :-X

Let me just qualify my remark here, can I, please?  I still love her – what I meant was that the only things I find slightly less than trouser-tentingly gobsmacking about Elena are the ones Ozzy likes the most.

    Thank-you.

We now return your to your regularly-scheduled drooling. ;D 😉

As far as Alex's response is concerned, I think I broadly agree.  I've read experts who state that, taking the average female, and putting her onto a weight-training programme, she will make large initial gains due to neuromuscular programming, i.e she we improve the way her nerve impulses work the muscularity she already has.  Subsequently, strength gains plateau as biochemistry come into play in terms of the size of the muscles and their fibre-type composition, as testosterone and synthetic homologues are more effective in promoting conversion of slo-twitch muscles to fast-twitch than vice versa.  If our fictitious woman sticks with weight-trainibg, however, she will start increasing her functional strength again as the microscopic damage caused by lifting heavy stimulates fibre repair, which is influenced by a natural increase in circulating testosterone and other factors.  This means that, without steroid use, our woman can significantly increase her strengt relative to her male contemporaries, by

    1.  Neuromuscular improvement

    2.  Increase in muscle fibre (and therefore overall muscle) size

    and

    3.  Changing the fibre-type composition of her muscles (slow-twich->fast-twitch.

Height helps as there's more space to fit-in bigger, longer muscles, but it's not so important.

Even without steroids, there will be certain women, such as Elena and Jo Dejager, who are genetically-predisposed to having bigger muscles of higher fast-twitch content.  The same is true of males; a recent TV programme here in the UK analysed sections of retired 110-metre high hurdles record holder and former World Champion Colin Jackson's calf muscle.  The findings were that he had abnormally high levels of ultra-fast-twitch fibres that most people don't posess.  Thus it is perfectly possible to find women who will be stronger than most men without using steroids; however, most would only be able to close the gap or match the average guy.  Bear in mind, though, that steroid use is higher in guys anyway, and many men find it hard to increase muscle mass significantly without steroid use also.  Guys such as our wn AlexG who BB naturally are

    1.  Comitted and incredibly hard-working

    and

    2.  Are genetically predisposed to building large muscles.

Thanks Arthur!  I'm glad I put in that request! ;D  I think some guys wonder why I like her as much as I do, but let's just say that, as an impressionable teenager, seeing the "sketch" scene in Titanic left the idea in my mind that curvy, confident women were hot. 😉

    Awesome pictures as always!!!

FYI, according to my anti-virus, that image hosting site tried to infiltrate my computer multiple times!!!  I think I'll stick to viewing your images on your site only unless there's a less malignant image hosting site you can use.

It often gets my pop-up blocker working overtime!  As for the images?  What can I say about Sir JDM's work that hasn't been said already?  Nothing – so I'll just say thanks jdm for yet another treat. 😉

Seems to me this one was inspired by a r/w FBBr picture – think it was maybe Cory Everson, Anja Langer or Gladys Portuguese, who had a similar pose for the cover of one of their books.  8)

Great to see one of these artists giving their creations good leg musculature!  Thanks for spotting this, Alex.
