Delmo Walters Jr.
ParticipantI don't mind waiting for these figures to be released. There was a time when it seemed like DC Direct was releasing figures daily. Now that they have slowed down, it gives me a chance to save my pennies.

ParticipantThe 1st Supergirl series ran 10 issues, then was merged with Lois Lane & Jimmy Olsen to become Superman Family, and it kept the numbering of Jimmy Olsen.
The 2nd series, "The Daring New Adventures of Supergirl", ran for 23 issues.
Before the Peter David series, there was a mini-series, a one-shot, and I believe she was the lead feature in Showcase '95.

ParticipantActually, it's from the upcoming Infinite Crisis line from DC Direct. Thanks for posting the pic-a friend of mine told me he saw a photo of it in Toyfare but, I have not come across the issue to check it out. It's supposed to be based on Phil Jimenez's art/design but, it looks better than his art.

ParticipantWell done. Looks like the kind of thing Tom Artis would do.
What are he & Kevin Taylor doing nowadays?

ParticipantNo idea but, if both TT & JLU went off the air, my tv viewing would take a big hit.

ParticipantSo, TT gets cancelled so Robin can be introduced into The Batman, and Cyborg is going to appear in Smallville? God, this crap makes my head hurt.
I enjoy TT but, am annoyed that the producers decided never to do either a crossover with JL/JLU or mention the mentors/partners of characters like Robin, Speedy, Aqualad, or Kid Flash(who just debuted in a recent episode).
I also don't understand the need to cancel TT so Robin can appear in The Batman. Consider this-there are 2 animated versions of Batman, both produced by WB. Why can't there be 2 animated versions of Robin?
As for Cyborg in Smallville, that really makes no sense. I realize that these series aren't going to follow comic continuity like a roadmap but, when they do stuff like this, it just boggles the mind.

ParticipantMayhew certainly knew how to get our attention with covers like this one – still my favorate from the last run with a Collette Nelson-esque She-Hulkie. Too bad that they didn't tap him again . . . 😎
Mike Mayhew did those covers-he's come a long way since his first published work.

ParticipantDon't know if anyone noticed it but, in the episode where the Joker gets his hands on Bane's venom drug, Barbara Gordon flexes. Figures they would have the two thinest women in the show flex.

ParticipantThe only thing I need to lose is this site.
Delmo Walters Jr.
ParticipantIt’s a new comic and it was released just this week. Further, contrary to popular myth, not everyone who visits the forums is as so knowledgeable about all of the characters in either the DCU or MU.
Lastly, drop the chip on the shoulder attitude, Delmo, its unwarranted.
And I care about this because? Just ban me and be done with it.
